Use this fragrant herb mix for your home made pasta, pizza, Bruschetta, Foccaccia, Risotto, Lasagne and more!

** To make a bruschetta, dice up some onion and tomato, drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add a pinch of Belicious Italiana, and scoop over freshly toasted pane di casa

** Make your own Napolitana Sauce:

Add one chopped onion to 4 tbsp olive oil and sauté until brown.

Add 3 tbsp Italiana Herb Mix.

Add 2 cups fresh pureéd tomatoes, pinch of salt and 1tsp sugar.

Simmer for 30 min or until oil comes to the surface.

Remove from heat and add another tbsp olive oil.

Use to pour over pasta, add to Bolognaise meat, topping for pizza, and all things Italiano!

This product contains no additives or unnatural flavour enhancers.

To cater for a broader range of dietary requirements, we did not add sugar or salt. We figured, who doesn’t have those at home??

We recommend that you add a teaspoon or two of sugar do your saucepan and salt to taste… This will balance the flavour of your tomato base dishes.
