It's easy with our ready made mix, now available in an eco-friendly pouch.

Fragrant and easy to use, the fenugreek adds an aroma that is both a surprise and a warm delight!

Our Easy Recipe:

INGREDIENTS

1kg Chicken Thigh Fillets cubed

40g Belicious Butter Chicken Spice (4 tbsp)

100g Butter

1 Large Onion - chopped

1 Cup Chicken Stock

400g Pureed Tomatoes

2 Tsp salt

2 Tsp Sugar

300ml Fresh Cream

RECIPE

Heat Butter in saucepan, when frothy add onion and sauté until just starting to brown. Add Butter Chicken Spice, stir until fragrant, about 10secs. Pour in Chicken Stock and tomato puree, Sugar, Salt and Chicken Pieces.

Simmer covered for 30min

add Cream, simmer covered a further 15mins

To cater for a broader range of dietary requirements, we did not add sugar or salt. We figured, who doesn’t have those at home??
