Dahl is a tasty way to up your fibre and protein intake: one cup of cooked lentils delivers 18g of protein and 16g of dietary fibre.
What’s more, it’s low in calories.
Full recipe is on the back of the pack but basically, you’ll need 500g yellow lentils (although any colour lentil will work fine),
