Remove pumpkin seeds with a spoon and cut in big pieces, set aside
In a big skillet, sautée the onion and garlic until brown
Add can of tomatoes, cook for 5 min
Add salt to taste, Portuguese spice and piri-piri, cook for 2 min
Add cauliflower and green beans, simmer for 10 min
Add chick peas with the water it was cooked in and roasted pumpkin, simmer another 5 min on high heat
Serve with pasta shells
