Cook the perfect curry... every time!

Shopping List
  • 2 tbsp Belicious Masala
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4 cloves garlicchopped
  • 1 onionchopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh gingergrated
  • 2 red capsicumschopped
  • 3 tomatoeschopped
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 kg chicken breast
  • 250 g frozen baby peas
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • rice to serve
Let's Cook!
  1. Sauté onion + garlic, in oil. Add ginger gratings, stir.
  2. Add capsicum, stir until soft.
  3. Add Belicious Masala into the mix, stir.
  4. Add tomoatos, cook on medium heat for about 7 minutes, adding a bit of water if needed.
  5. Add the coconut milk, bring to the boil.
  6. Add diced chicken, stir, let it cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
  7. Add peas and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in most of the chopped coriander, reserving a little for decoration.
