Shopping List
  • 1 medium onionsliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlicminced
  • 2 tbsp gingergrated
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sea Salt
  • 2 kg crab, cleaned and cut in pieces
  • 3 tbsp Belicious Masalaheat of choice
  • 400 ml coconut creme
  • 200 ml dairy milk
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp tomato relish
  • Cooked Jasmine riceto serve
Let's Cook!
  1. Saute onion, garlic and ginger in oil in a sauce pan
  2. Add crab, black pepper, tomato and salt,  sautee until crab turns white
  3. In a jar with lid,  place the milks, the masala, tomato relish and corn flour, close and shake well.
  4. Add to the pot and let it simmer for 30 min.
  5. Serve with rice
