Belicious piri-piri & dumplings

Warming up the winter nights with a delicious bowl of gluten free dumpling and our peri-peri sauce

Shopping list!

  • 6 tbsp Sesame or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Belicious piri-piri sauce
  • 150 ml Soy sauce
  • 150 ml Water
  • 1 bunch Mint
  • 1 box Golden Pig & Co Dumplings

Now the fun begins!

  • Steam the dumplings as per the box instructions.
  • Sautee the garlic and Ginger in the oil until brown.
  • Add soy, water and piri-piri
  • Let it simmer for 3-4 min.
  • Add chopped mint.
  • Pour sauce over the dumplings.

Notes

Purchase some delicious gluten free dumplings to complete the above recipe.
