Belicious piri-piri & dumplings
Warming up the winter nights with a delicious bowl of gluten free dumpling and our peri-peri sauce
Servings 4 people
Shopping list!
- 6 tbsp Sesame or coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 4 tbsp Belicious piri-piri sauce
- 150 ml Soy sauce
- 150 ml Water
- 1 bunch Mint
- 1 box Golden Pig & Co Dumplings
Now the fun begins!
- Steam the dumplings as per the box instructions.
- Sautee the garlic and Ginger in the oil until brown.
- Add soy, water and piri-piri
- Let it simmer for 3-4 min.
- Add chopped mint.
- Pour sauce over the dumplings.
